These terms govern your use of Centrov. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
Centrov is an operating system for people-powered service businesses: quoting, scheduling and shift coverage, a crew mobile app with GPS-verified check-ins, invoicing with proof of work, and financial reporting. We provide it "as is" and work to keep it available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the content of the quotes you create and send.
- You may invite team members; you're responsible for their use of the account.
Your data is yours
You own the quotes, client information, and content you put into Centrov. You can export it at any time. We claim no ownership over it and use it only to provide the service.
Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
- You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- We don't provide pro-rated refunds for partial months unless required by law.
- Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes don't affect the current billing period.
Acceptable use
Don't use Centrov to send spam, break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Limitation of liability
Centrov is a tool to help you quote work, schedule and cover shifts, record what your crews did, and invoice and report on it. You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of every quote, schedule, timesheet, and invoice before you rely on it or send it, and for meeting the employment and pay obligations you owe your own people. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Cancellation
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
