Where Centrov may fit

When to examine TrackTik closely

Your requirements include specialist guard licensing, formal post-order acknowledgment or detailed checkpoint tours. TrackTik documents those capabilities in its feature catalogue and Business Administration brief. Validate your complete scenario in a demo.

Published CAD pricing

Priced by active field staff, including guards.

There is a $199 CAD monthly minimum. Subscription pricing uses graduated bands: each rate applies only to the workers within that band.

  • 1–50 active workers: $11.00 per worker in that band, per month.
  • 51–150 active workers: $7.50 per worker in that band, per month.

Office and admin seats are unlimited and included, with no per-site subscription fees. Every tier includes the full platform. The subscription is month-to-month; one-time setup fees vary by team size.

Illustrative 40-guard company

40 active guards on a published schedule: $440 CAD/month, plus $499 CAD one-time setup. Amounts are before tax.

A worker counts once when eligible activity is recorded during the billing period, including recorded time or submitted work, a published shift assignment, an incident report or a supporting photo. Unassigned standby workers with no qualifying activity do not count. Archived and inactive staff are excluded. Mixed cleaning and security teams count all qualifying active field staff.

Test one real contract before deciding.

  1. Build a recurring post schedule, review a draft, publish it and record a guard’s response.
  2. Simulate a call-out. Review eligible candidates and follow an offer through acceptance.
  3. Review attendance, a service exception and a client report. Check who can access each record.
  4. Connect the delivered hours to billing and compare the actual cost with the quoted plan.
  5. Confirm required integrations, data exports, onboarding and migration before signing. Ask for a written proposal covering your roster, sites, office users, required modules and setup.
