What does “no open posts” actually mean?▾
Every shift asks its worker to confirm — nudged at 24, 12, 6 and 4 hours out. Still unconfirmed at 12 hours? A coverage case opens on your board with a ranked list of who can actually take it, and one click sends the offer — or posts it to your crew marketplace. And if nobody bites, you know at 6pm with options, not at 5 a.m. with apologies. “No open posts” doesn’t mean shifts magically fill — it means an open post can never hide.
Will my crew actually use the app?▾
No accounts, no passwords — a link and a PIN on whatever phone they already own, in their own language (eleven, right-to-left included). But the real answer is incentive: the app is where they pick up extra shifts, trade, request vacation and check pay. When more hours live in the app, your crew opens the app.
Do I still need accounting software?▾
Yes — Centrov isn’t your general ledger, and doesn’t pretend to be. It’s the layer your accountant never gives you: what you sold on each contract versus what the shifts actually cost, and the gross margin between them, live from the same clock-ins that run the schedule. No month-end export to see where you’re making money. When you want the formal books, one click exports to QuickBooks.
You’re new. Why should I risk my operation on you?▾
Straight answer: we’re early, and you should ask hard questions. Three things make it a smaller bet than it looks. Your data is exportable in full, any time — no lock-in, no hostage-taking. Everything you see on this page is real software you can inspect in the demo, not a roadmap. And every workflow is testable on one of your own contracts before you decide. We won’t hand you a glossy reference list — we’d rather show you the software than a quote about it.
Why isn’t there a free trial?▾
Because for software like this, a “free trial” is secretly a huge ask. To try Centrov for real, you’d have to load in your clients, contracts, crews and schedules first — a week of setup to evaluate a tool you haven’t even seen work. Instead, the guided demo prices Centrov on one of your actual contracts, live, in about thirty minutes. No credit card, no 14-day countdown, no games. You see the quote, the coverage board, the receipts and the P&L before you decide anything. And if it’s a fit, setup starts with your data already in.
Book the thirty minutes →Who is Centrov for?▾
Any business that sells and staffs labour on recurring contracts — commercial cleaning, landscaping, facilities, home services. If you quote by hours × rate and then have to make sure people actually show up, this was built for your exact life.
Is my data in Canada?▾
Yes — quotes, clients, crews, hours, PDFs, all on servers in Canada. It never leaves the country, and it’s yours: export everything, anytime.
How much does it cost?▾
Every account is $199 a month minimum — that runs the whole platform. Above that you pay only for active field staff, on graduated per-worker rates that fall as you grow: $11 a worker to 50, $7.50 to 150, $6 to 350, $5 to 600, $4.25 to 1,000. Each rate applies only to the workers in that band, so there’s never a jump for hiring one more person. Above 1,000, talk to us. A 100-person cleaner pays $925 a month — about $9.25 a worker, or 6.4¢ per billable hour. Every plan: unlimited schedulers, dispatchers and admins at no charge, every feature included, and you pay only for active frontline staff (someone who clocks in, files a report, or is on a published schedule that month). Archived, standby and former staff cost $0.
Is that expensive?▾
A 250-person cleaning company bills roughly $12.8M a year. Centrov costs it about $22,800 — under two tenths of one percent of what it bills, or 5.2¢ per billable hour on a typical full-time/part-time mix. It’s the only full-service ERP for this industry that even publishes a price, and it still pays for itself the moment it recovers a fraction of a single point of margin. Most operators are leaking three.
