Plain-language answer

What is commercial cleaning management software?

Commercial cleaning management software organizes the recurring work behind a janitorial business: quotes, buildings, cleaners, schedules, time, service evidence, invoices and job costs. Centrov keeps those records connected so a schedule change or approved hour can be traced through the client record and the financial result.

The operating problem

Why disconnected tools make the work harder.

01

Night work hides problems

A missed evening shift may not be noticed until the client arrives the next morning. Centrov shows the office which visits are confirmed, at risk, open or underway.

02

Every building has different rules

Instructions, access details, training requirements, service plans and assigned workers stay with the physical job instead of being scattered across messages.

03

Revenue is not contract profit

A signed monthly price says little about the cost of wages, employment burden, supplies and operating overhead. Centrov carries the quote assumptions into the operating record for comparison.

How it works

One connected record through the operating loop.

  1. 01

    Price the contract

Model labour, wages, employment costs, supplies and overhead before sending the quote.

  2. 02

    Build the recurring plan

Create the building schedule, positions and worker assignments in draft before publishing.

  3. 03

    Watch coverage

Review confirmations and open gaps, then make a considered offer to an eligible available worker.

  4. 04

    Review the visit

Keep time, checklist completion and supporting photos with the service record for office approval.

  5. 05

    Invoice and compare

Trace approved work into billing and compare the delivered cost with the signed plan.

What stays connected

Useful outcomes without invented promises.

One record per building

Schedules, contracts, staff requirements, time and service history remain connected through renewals.

A shared operational picture

The office sees the day, cleaners see their work, and clients can see approved service records without seeing private labour costs.

Contract-level financial context

Review what changed between the quote and delivery instead of waiting for a year-end spreadsheet.

Published CAD pricing

Priced by active field staff, including cleaners.

There is a $199 CAD monthly minimum. Subscription pricing uses graduated bands: each rate applies only to the workers within that band.

  • 1–50 active workers: $11.00 per worker in that band, per month.
  • 51–150 active workers: $7.50 per worker in that band, per month.

Office and admin seats are unlimited and included, with no per-site subscription fees. Every tier includes the full platform. The subscription is month-to-month; one-time setup fees vary by team size.

Illustrative 40-cleaner company

40 active cleaners on a published schedule: $440 CAD/month, plus $499 CAD one-time setup. Amounts are before tax.

A worker counts once when eligible activity is recorded during the billing period, including recorded time or submitted work, a published shift assignment, an incident report or a supporting photo. Unassigned standby workers with no qualifying activity do not count. Archived and inactive staff are excluded. Mixed cleaning and security teams count all qualifying active field staff.

Questions about commercial cleaning software

Can Centrov handle recurring nightly cleaning schedules?

Yes. Jobs can carry recurring schedules, positions and assignments. The office reviews the plan in draft and controls when it is published to the crew.

How does Centrov handle a cleaner calling off?

The office can see the gap, review workers against availability, qualifications and working-hour limits, and send an offer. The shift stays open until coverage is accepted; software cannot guarantee that a person will accept.

Can clients see proof that a cleaning visit happened?

Approved time, checklist records and supporting photos can remain attached to the visit and be shared through the client-facing service record.

Does Centrov replace accounting software?

No. Centrov connects operations, invoicing and job profitability. Your accounting system remains the formal general ledger, with exports used to connect the two.
